Let me lay this out for you… We (Wilsonart® with the help of Yours Truly) are giving away…
- A one-hour kitchen makeover consultation HGTV’s Design on a Dime host, Summer Baltzer (I kid you not!)
- Materials, including a Wilsonart® HD® countertop surface,
- Aaaaand a Wilsonart® Decorative Edge and Integrated Sink of your choice!

I do not have one of these countertops. So this is not a review. I COULD have opted to have this for me, but since my kitchen is pretty new as far as kitchens go, I thought maybe one of YOU FRIENDS might like the chance at a fresh and fun kitchen update.
But mostly, I am THAT thoughtful.
- Winner will be responsible for fabrication and installation of the countertop, which generally runs under $1,000.
- Wilsonart can help you to find a local installer.
- Offer for consultation and makeover must be redeemed by June 30, 2013.
- Winner will also be required to sign a release form, provide pictures of the room, measurements or floor plan (doesn’t have to be to scale; could be a simple drawing), pictures of tear sheets or inspirational items/colors, or even links to sites that have images of your dream kitchen, family information (such as how many people and who uses the space), and budget (if you were to make some changes on your own)

Whether it is a countertop surface you like, or a feature about WIlsonart… some piece of information you gathered from their site.

I’m going with Carnival and I totally need to win because my white tile countertops were the dumbest idea ever… At least I wasn’t the one who installed them!
We are about to start a full fledged kitchen reno, including replacing over 110 sq. feet of counter space. I LOVED all that counter space until I started pricing out replacing it. Yeah, granite is out of the question. We’ve been seriously considering Wilsonart HD! Swearsies! Plus, I LOVE the look of marble for our island, but what sane person (with children) actually installs real marble for a kitchen countertop? I love the Wilsonart HD alternative!

My husband and I are itching for a kitchen upgrade. This is totally up our alley! At a glance, I really like the Sedona Spa. But then again I would need a pro to help me piece everything together
I’ve wanted to replace my counter for such a long time…It’s a dark black/gray color. I love the Sedona Spirit and Sedona Spa colors. I would like something light but won’t show a ton of dirt. I do have two kids to deal with. (three if you count the hubby!)
I wouldn’t normally be selfish enough to enter and lowering the chances of someone else, but I really *need* a new countertop. Mine is faded (from time) green, splotchy, and with a burn or two on it (from, ahem, the kids, not me, of course). I like the “Sophisticated Surfaces” at the WilsonArt site. Having one would make me feel a bit more…sophisticated.

Oh man, my counter tops NEED this kind of love! We have sharp edge crappy tiles that catch everyone, especially the little ones that love to run circles though the kitchen! We’re doing the whole “We’ll deal until we can’t take it anymore” thing.
Wilsonart comes in so many colors! I have my dream kitchen in my head already so when I clicked over I immediately searched for (and found) the color I’ve been dreaming of. Sahhweet!
We just replaced our countertop (original from when our house was built in 1987) this past summer… I really wish I had heard about Wilsonart before we did. I love that they offer free samples, too!

Interesting find! I had never heard of this and I’m not far from Temple, so fun find!! I have been drooling over the counter tops for about an hour, that’s when you know its time to get the white laminate out of your kitchen! I like that it is a much more attractive option to laminate. I have laminate now and while they are functional, they are really ugly and these look pretty.

So, I’ve lived in my home for three years. The one thing I despise most about my house is the outdated, horrible bright yellow countertops that just stains easily. Looking on the website, I was relived to see that there is hope for the world of kitchen countertops-something that looks like you are stinking rich, but actually is priced for a family that is on a budget. Of course, I do like the many options-possibly something in the medium color shade family -so that when I do destroy dinner for the family, they won’t be able to see the horrible mess I’ve made. I’m confident that Wilsonart would be the perfect match for me and my (growing) family. With a new baby on the way, my kitchen will need something that can take life’s dings and dents-just what Wilsonart does for countertops.
OMG. I’d like to take that kitchen that’s on their front page with the terra cotta walls and white cabinets and AH MA ZING sink and put it in my awful builder grade kitchen from 1989!

We will be replacing our counter tops this summer! Ours are so horrible…you put a cup of coffee down and there will be a permanent ring! I ordered some samples and really like the Brazilian Summer Carnival.

I love the Sedona series colors, especially the Sedona Spirit. We are in desperate need of a makeover and would love the help of a professional!
My counter top is a really pretty tile but it destroys all of our shirts. When you are working at it the material catches on the tiles and the entire family walks around with holes in the front of their shirt by their waistband. The money I have spent on buying new shirts could have bought me a new countertop! this Wilsonart is lovely!!

I don’t think I would complain if Winter Carnival came to live in my kitchen. Reglaze the cabinets, change the knobs and add a new island, and finally put my already purchased slate tile on the floor, and my kitchen would be DONE. Well, and a sink, but that seems to be included, so I’m down that.
Hmmm. So many choices! I’m not a fan of granite prices, and I’m not a fan of plain jane laminate either but this looks like a nice compromise. My 1989 custom home has beveled countertops with WOOD inlaid, so the fact that WilsonArt offers a rounded edge makes me swoon. Now to decide a color. Maybe Luna Winter?

So I loved it when I won the package of peppermint Oreos or the laundry soap (or when you gave me those pair of Crocs), but I really really want to win this one. Like really. And I really really want one of those sinks that is all seamless and therefore no nasty stuff is going to get stuck in the gross edge that meets the counter top. Said counter top has busted grout and chipped edges. I bet the beautiful smooth edges of Wilsonart wouldn’t chip now would it?! Just sayin…

I love the Bengal Slate color! We need a new kitchen countertop desperately. Our current one actually has a whole cut into it with a very old and dingy wooden cutting board placed in it. It is a disgusting eyesore and non-functional for our needs. I’d love to see a Wilsonart countertop in our kitchen. I think it would help me to enjoy cooking dinner more, too!

My countertops have the original “sad” and cheap white tops, it was built in 1997..I NEED NEW ONES
I really like the variety they offer, and the finishing is amazing. It really does look like real granite. I have a kitchen that was remodeled 12 years ago. Crappily done laminate countertops that are scratched and chipped and dull. Plus a white sink, not enameled, that is chipped, cut and stained. I REALLY need a makeover.

Like I needed to venture down this path…. my affordable kitchen redo is all about paint so that I can live with my horrid hunter green tile countertops. It will never be my happy kitchen until that green is gone! So.. I just killed a load of time browsing Wilsonart. Loving some of the dark countertops.. like Bella Vinito and Ebony Eclipse. Either would ROCK the paint colors we are doing.

Ooops, sorry, went to visit the Wilsonart website and lost track of time. I adore that room visualizer and love the options. My Mom overhauled her kitchen just a few months ago and had Wilsonart countertops installed and I was completely impressed with them. It’s time for an overhaul on our kitchen now too

I have nice cherry cabinets, but the previous owners went with the cheapest white with pastel flakes laminate for the countertops. Makes the whole kitchen look cheap.

My gosh, my kitchen SO needs updating, but I am too scared and too confused to make a decision. However, I did find great satisfaction in using the WilsonArt Room Vizualizer where I could see countertop colors against cabinet colors. It was really helpful! But I need the whole package — design consultation and that new countertop. I’m old enough to be your grandma, I’m sure, and I have never had one ounce of intuition on how to put things together. So, pick me and make this “old lady” proud to show off a new kitchen. BTW, do you do other rooms…….??? (LOL!)
We need a new counter SO MUCH right now. We’re trying to add a breakfast bar to our kitchen (once we save up enough for the whole project) so we have a little bit more counter space in the kitchen and room for the kids to help with meal prep, and I’ve recently started looking at cabinets and countertops. Winning a countertop would make our goal happen so much faster!
The room visualizer is awesome, and I’m now showing the options to my husband trying to get his take on countertops. My favorite is the Crystalline Shell, but I also like Sedona Spirit and it’s probably the best match for our kitchen.
The Kitchen Visualizer is a great tool! Our countertops need a facelift and I found several combinations that would well with our home.

We just bought our first home this past summer and our kitchen is the worst eyesore of our house. The countertops, aren’t even real, but rather, they are just laminate that the previous owners laid down. There are so many stains on the counters, that it is actually gross looking. Mustard stains, chocolate stains, you name it, because it’s laminate. I just spent the last 20 minutes, google-eyed over on the Wilsonart website! How gorgeous! So many choices, but I think I am leaning more towards darker countertops since our current kitchen is all white. I really like the 1831K Raven Gemstone color. My kitchen is from 1968 (no joke) and desperately needs an update! Hubs is an architect and we’ve been researching. I like that Wilson countertops are laminate, because I’ve learned that’s greener, and we really want to be as green as possible. The rounded edges are another really nice feature. Winter Carnival would look awesome in my kitchen!

I have Wilsonart countertops in my kitchen and LOOOOOOVE them. I get compliments constantly and people are always shocked when I tell them its laminate. I’d love to upgrade my bathrooms next…maybe in something lighter like the Silver Travertine!

my wife and I had a little problem with our kitchen. a month ago we had a pipe burst and flooded our kitchen. now we have to redo most of our kitchen. we went to a local lumber company to check out cabinet prices. since we need to replace the countertop too, the rep told us about getting the Wilson Art HD laminates. she showed us a sample of the Winter Carnival. we fell in love with it. everyone that we show it too, thinks its granite. I went to the website and ordered some other samples too. this contest couldn’t come at a better time. we are just now starting to color shop. it would really help out to receive a free consultation and free countertop. thanks for the chance at both of these!!

I have known about and helped sell Wilsonart Laminate and countertops while working at the Home Depot. I always loved their color selections. However, wow! They have added two new and incredible features…integrated sinks and a great edge detail. My mouth is literally wide open. I never would have considered a laminate countertop because of the sink issue. But wow! What an awesome change. Ok, anyway, a remodel/addition is in the works and the kitchen phase will be starting in about a year.
