Disneyland Fireworks and the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique = MAGIC

Day 9 of our Road Trip Spectacular put us right in the middle of all things magical.

And EXPENSIVE.

Disneyland.

See? MAGIC:

Fireworks over CInderella's castle

Like, FOR REALS.

Magic, right?

Oh… and speaking of magic… THIS:

Lucy at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique

This is magic of all the magicalness of magicalarianism!

We had a little princess-tastrophe (meaning, Lucy didn’t get to meet any princesses at Disneyland)… So instead, Lucy got to get princess-i-fied at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Disneyland.

That picture pretty much sums it up.

She was addressed as Princess Lucy the entire time. She was treated with such sweetness and just like royalty. In the picture Lucy is having her nails painted and is getting to choose the color of her crown.

Such is the life of a princess…

Half the time she looked confused… so much attention! How often does a little girl get to be addressed and treated just like a princess?

Seriously. The stylists even called my husband and me king and queen.

The rest of the time her face shined.

See: MAGIC

She heard all about how the girls in the salon got to have a sleepover with Snow White the night before, and her stylist even taught her the wave Snow White taught her at the sleepover.

True story…

Later that evening, as we walked through the park, a Disney cast member stopped sweeping, bowed, and inquired, “And how are the princess and queen this evening?”

Dudes. I always knew I wanted to be queen. Now I REALLY know I want to be queen.

That’s just awesome. My favorite part is the guy who bowed – keeping the magic alive. Very cool.

  3. That magic was worth every penny wasn’t it? When we walked around, people pointed out Ariel like she was one of the characters – she said she felt so special..truly a priceless experience!

Oh, I love that! She will never forget it, I’m sure.
