How Cool is This?

My new heart-rate monitor stores my workout info for each week. Today it told me to check my totals… So I did… Last week I :

  • had 10 work-out sessions (I separate strength times and cardio)
  • tallied 8 hours, 30 minutes and 15 seconds of excercise
  • burned 3,373 calories (127 calories short of 1 pound)
  • just under 3 hours were in my “light” zone (probably dring strength training/weights), 4 hours in the “moderate” range, and a little over 1 hour in the “hard” zone

That’s cool. I dig info.
