Our society is so focused on doing, going, doing… I am as guilty as the guiltiest of that. So, I decided to talk a little about the lost art of just BEing.
This Tuesday… I take on BEing.

Kevin! I love that you tried to take on “Being” in such a funny way. I’ve been trying to meditate every morning but that darn messy bed and laundry always calls. Can’t wait ot see what you take on next week.
