When I saw this emergency exit on the ceiling of the bus
as I chaperoned my daughter’s trip to a local theater’s production of
“If You Give a Pig a Party“, I wondered…
“Were I in an emergency on this bus and needed to escape
and the only way out was that thar hatch…
Would it make my butt look big?“
Just wondering.

Seriously, I don’t know that my butt would fit through the hatch!
Yes. It would make your butt look big. The escape hatches on airplanes are far more slimming.

Yes, yes it would. Unless I preceded you in exiting…then your tushy would look tiny. But if I were you, I would concentrate on getting your neck through. That might be a real problem.
