Hi Jenny
You commented on my blog (the post about the difference between hits and visitors . . .), so I came along to visit yours and found it really funny and interesting. This picture of your fridge . . . ha ha. You know in the UK (typically) we don’t have fridges like yours – much more modest – yours appears to have TWO doors and an interior like Aladdin’s Cave. But I don’t see an ice-maker – which I had been lead to believe was a staple of all American fridges. Is it on the other side of the door?

Alright. It seems the state of my fridge is being mis-taken for “clean”, when – infact it is merely empty. I need to do some grocery shoppin’…

Actually, if I think about it – I do have “fridgessues”. I have this crazy NEED to be able to see almost everything that is in my fridge. It DRIVES ME CRAZY when I can’t see everything. I feel wasteful (‘cuz what I can’t see I won’t consume, or I’ll end up buying a third pound of cheese ‘cuz I couldn’t remember seeing any…)… I feel guilty ‘cuz I feel wasteful… But it’s not about a clean fridge – it’s about being able to see everything. Short things in the front please!

I’m so proud of you for not cleaning first. You also didn’t “front up” the jars and tubs, which makes it more mysterious (alluring) for us voyeurs.

About that still-in-the-fridge bubbly. Your zoom feature allows inspection of the bottle. It’s Veuve Clicquot, not some cheap fake fizz. What gives? Pop that thing!
