Star Wars Fever
I spied a yellow spider on a new rose bud. I called the kids over to see.
Joel closed in, and wanted to touch the strange-looking spider.
I warned (because I am afraid of ALL spiders), \”Be careful honey. . . I don\’t know if that is a good spider or bad spider.\”
Joel takes on a dark, whisper tone (Yoda-like) and said \”Are you on the Good Side or the Bad Side…?\”

I have a horrible spider phobia. My husband loves it when I do the spider dance. You know, the dance you do when you think you have a spider on your back or you walked into a web.
Your children are so adorable, what a joy! Although, I\’m sure they can try mommy\’s patience too.

By the way… I flip out if there is a baby spider too close to me! Finding a Brown Recluse (is that spelled right?) and a Black Widow in the same week will have that effect on people. California spiders. Bad.
