My sister – a picture of health.
Wanna know what my sister said as she was shoving the last piece of cinnamon roll in her mouth??? Read this with a Valley Girl accent:
Pizza! I don’t eat peeeeetzzaaaaa!
But she does eat cinnamon rolls. She is so healthy. I love her.
She’s carbo-loading for our 4 mile road race tomorrow morning.

Bike or run? I think the carb loading alone would make the race worth the trouble.

Good luck with the race! I like pizza a LOT, and cinnamon rolls a LOT and I run…not at all. So, good for your athletic sister!
At least she eats! I have stopped eating recently and finally lost some weight. Haven’t been around much Jen – my house is being renovated. I am typing this from beneath a pile of rubble.
