A little about yesterday, but a baby is on the way!

Well, friends, I have been working feverishly to edit all my pictures from yesterday in the wonderful tool that is Picnik.com. But, alas, I have run out of time… I have lots to do today – like… GO BE WITH MY FRIEND AND TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES BECAUSE SHE’S HAVING A BABY AND DID I MENTION…. I’M TAKING PICTURES!!!!!

So, I won’t get to post about yesterday’s adventure, but here’s a teaser:

This is me at GameHouse – gettin’ a tour and playin’ “casual games” with mommy bloggers (of course there will be links to them in the next post!). I got to meet Max the Monkey. I know! Pure craziness! You can tell I am so flippin’ happy – my teeth and eyes are just sparkling with giddy excitement. You can’t see it in this picture, but I am hovering about 3 inches above the ground from all the energy. It’s true. Totally.

O.K. I’ll give you a little more. I know, I am always just giving. Yes, I am tired, but it makes me happy to be such a giver. I will tide you over by copying my Tweets (sans the replies to other’s tweets) while I explored the lovely city of Seattle – without children…

And because mommy had such a big day, one child made his own THREE peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for dinner, one child ate leftover mac-n-cheese, and the youngest fell asleep on the way home from getting Halloween costumes and went to bed without dinner. All the “not-wreal fweaks” (her words) at the costume place must have worn her out… because she’s still asleep… almost 14 hours later! Poor honey.

I’m off – gotta get the kids to school and head for the hospital to wait for that baby!
