I also have done a cleanse or two. First one I was so committed to...I mean, I have will power right? I am not an addict? I can make three weeks (mine was 3)...and I did! The next year when hubby and I did a cleanse again...I cheated....had my coffee and decided that corn chips were a whole grain so I got my salt fix that way. All that to say....you can do it...if you wanna. ;) I’m a coffee lover too…convert from tea when I moved to WA. I also have done a cleanse or two.
