Add to tea or chicken or dressing. For love of all that is holy do not attempt straight vinegar. Did you know my roots are also blond? I did willingly, knowingly drink the vinegar in this fashion. Hello it's vinegar. V-I-N-E-G-A-R, vinegar. It burns like nothing ever! 3-days to heal my throat-no kidding. Perhaps I am merely a wuss as well. Teehee! Loved it!

Apparently people CAN die from drinking too much water! There was a woman that was in a contest (I believe on the radio) who drank so much water that she actually died. Watch that water intake.
