The benches in Bryant Park are either named for New York authors or their characters, I don't remember which. And the stacks for the the New York Public Library are under the park.

I once worked across the street from Bryant Park, now I'm between Central Park and Lincoln Center, fun city.

You do look happy and well rested. Love the pics. Sigh . . . last time I was truly "citified" was pre-children when The Calm One and I saw The Phantom. As much fun as we had, I know I'll never get him to go to a real theatre again. The whole dressing up, eatin' fancy and taking the subway thing must've freaked him out b/c The Phantom was amazing.

I was going to ask the same thing as D... did you see Clay Aiken in Spamalot? Navy Son saw him in it when he went to NYC a few months ago and said it was GREAT!

Ah, good times! I love the pic of the 2 of you with NY as a backdrop. Gorgeous. I'll be those spots in less than a week! As a matter of fact, this time next week, I'll be all pouty because there will only be one day of Big Apple adventure left.

I went to see Spamalot when it was in Houston. I so agree, F to the unny. Is Clay Aiken still a cast member?

It looks like you guys had a fantastic time. I a wee bit jealous, but thrilled you and Paul could get away.
