It is with great Fanfare and Whooping and Hollering
that Jennyonthespot proudly presents another fridge from…
The Lovely Isle of Puerto Rico!!!
***applause***
To whom (or is it who, whatever…) do these frigid shelves stacked with carrots and blueberries and watermelon and milk (and if you keep reading - BUGS!) belong? To my beautiful friend Michele (the keeper of Stories of my Life) who used to live by me, but sadly doesn’t live by me anymore. She is the mother of adorable and incredibly sweet twin girls, and wife of… well - if I told you, I’d have to kill you…
Though I miss our spur-of-the-moment visits to Diary Queen for Blizzards, I do love the idea of having friends in tropical places… We will make it there one day Michele, one day…
Without further ado - the rest of Michele’s Puerto Rican Fridge, as described by her:

- fridge drinks - yeah, ’cause we sit around and sip these pretty much all day long
- fridge berries - yum - total splurge - berries are not cheap here (well, nothing is really) - I think I lost at least one arm/leg at the checkout for these
- fridge freezer (and full fridge in beginning of post) - it’s pretty much a small version of Costco inside there
- fridge coffee and fridge mangos - these would be the ONLY two items that were not imported. Sad, huh? PR has such fertile ground yet they import just about everything. BUT - I have not had a better mango and I’m very fond of the local coffee (and at 4.20 a pound, who wouldn’t be?)
- fridge bugs - yep. there they are. And for the record, I do clean the fridge weekly…it may have been a little over a week since last cleaning so I’m gonna say that’s about 10 days worth of gnats there. Yum.

Keep up-to-date on the insane, the insightful, and the whatever…

This is becoming quite the international site…could we do something from France next week…I want to know how the French live!
