I just didn't want to have to clean up mess after mess. I figured there would be fewer accidents if I waited. Does that make me a bad mom? Anyway, I totally get the bribing thing. We have a picture of our daughter on the potty with her newly acquired tiara. She could only wear it while on the potty and she loved wearing it. My youngest I thought would be the biggest challenge. The week before the kids were to stay with my in-laws, I started training him. They had him for a week and he was trained. Completely. Sneaky Mommy. I waited until my kids were three before I tried potty training them. I just didn’t want to have to clean up mess after mess. I figured there would be fewer accidents if I waited.
