MEME

I love that. It’s like, Me, but twice. Who doesn’t like double Me? Don’t answer that. Actually, scratch that - I’m flashing back to the House of Mirrors at that creepy two-bit carnival… But back to me - Minnie Me, Schminnie Me… I’m talkin’ Double Me! MeMe.

I digress.

So, Fireball over at One Passion… One Devotion tagged me to do a 6 word MeMe.

AGAIN, the kids were napping, so I decided to go play jump rope outside.

I was speed-jumping and before I knew it, Fireball pummeled me! I totally lost my jump-count, so now I don’t know how close I was to my speed-jumping personal record. Anyway, Fireball screamed, “Tag”. She poked me on the shoulder and Called. Me. Out.

Here’s what she told me to do:

1. Write Your own Six-Word Memoir.

2. Post it on Your blog and include a visual illustration if you want.

3. Link to the person that tagged You in Your post and to the original post if possible so we can track it as it travels across the blogosphere.

4. Tag at least five more blogs with links.

5. Leave a comment on the tagged blogs with an invitation to play.

Now, Fireball wrote a lovely 6 word memoir that she called her “mantra and creed for life“. I am intimidated. I tend to resort to shameless humor just ‘cuz I love to hear My friends type LOL. The “L”, then the “O”, then the “L”… such distinguishing and satisfying sounds when typed on a keyboard, yes? Anyway. I have thought and thought and thought… Go serious? Go funny? Go with the first thing?

Hmmm…

For once, I got nuthin’

6 words, Jenny…

2, 4, 6, 8 who do we appreciate?

This is harder than coming up with a Haiku.

If your friends don’t dance…

*Ahem*

How much is TOO much?

Nope.

“6″ is the Devil’s number.

True, but…

Butter! It is the new black!

Kapow! That’s it! That’s it!!! Whew. And it’s meaningful… Butter! Butter is a regular hero! I feel passionate about butter. We’ve been friends for quite some time. Butter gets a bad rap, but look out - word on the street is: it’s the new black!

5 taggees… anyone one up for the challenge? Actually, any 5 up for the challenge?

Oh hell, I still hear MeMe in my mind’s ear (?) In a written medium how will we learn unless somebody tells us?
