That's what happened to me... got a cold, couldn't get rid of it, my piercing got infected, and it hurt too much to try to get the earing back in. The hole in your nose will close up a lot faster then the holes in your ears. Hate to put a downer on it all - but really... infected nose hole not so good. Words of advice:

I am a grown woman (why I have the need to add that, I have no idea) and I actually asked my dad if he would freak if I got a nose piercing. It is so against whatever image people have of me that he just laughed. And then he did get a little freaked when I didn't tell him I was kidding. And then he looked as though he was going to throw up. I just want one of those teeny jewel-like studs. They are so exotic looking! If I knew my Calm One would react like your husband, I would do it in a heartbeat. I can't wait to see pics of yours. And obviously, your hubby is WAY COOLER than mine . . . Okay, where to start? #1.
