Enough sleep helps weight loss If you’re trying to lose weight, you may want to hit the hay a little early tonight. A new study finds that women who get less than five hours of sleep a night gain more weight than people who sleep a solid seven hours. Researchers believe not getting enough sleep may affect your metabolism and cut down on the number of calories you burn at rest.
It looks like I’m tying my own noose… I get up and squash my metabolism but I boost it by exercising too. Maybe I’m herding cats here… I am so unmotivated…




I feel your pain.
I am getting up at 6:30 to do my quiet time, which is good, but then I can only work on one habit at a time and my exercising is getting ignored. but then i am also tired. hmph.
I’m SO unmotivated…waaaaaah! I’ve put on ten pounds to prove it! I hate my pants getting tighter by the week…it’s time to do something about it!!
‘Course, if I didn’t have strep, I might be a little more at the top of my game….
