Chocolate cupcakes topped with a glob-o-marshmallow creme/fluff then browned to a tasty-toasty color in the broiler.
They were a big hit with the preschoolers when we brought them for Olivia’s birthday treat! I think the only thing that could have made them better would have been to add some chocolate chips to the cupcakes. Num.
